HISTORY

On an old familiar farm, it has one hectare of surface, it is initially dedicated in part to the cultivation of watermelon, afterwards to cultivate the cereal; in 2001, we build Balcón de Nut I. It was raised in one of the highest areas of the farm with South orientation, dominated by the Mountain Chain Guadarrama and enjoying privileged views. Inside, they try to build it as cozy and comfortable as possible. The ceilings of the bedrooms, of the living room, of the kitchen and of the hall are high to make you feel free. During all these years we have been making changes to make the stays more comfortable and cozier. Improvements that have affected as well as inside as outside. In its garden we could find almost a dozen of yews as hedge, gall-oak, oak, ash, rose bushes, vine. In 2009, we provide a car park for two people. In 2003, we decided to increase and we built Balcón de Nut II, located at the top of the farm, on the left of the parking area. The orientation is to the West with unbeatable views to the village, dominating the landscape where the tower of the church stands out and it also has beautiful views of the Mountain Chain Guadarrama. It also has high ceilings; we kept the architecture of its predecessor, with ceilings and wood beams, façade with stone plinth, roof with a style of Segovia with tiles and inside we try to provide that touch of comfort. The furniture is mainly composed by old furniture, they are carefully restored and curtains, lace curtain and homemade pottery.
We have specially cared the thermal isolation and in the equipment of electrical appliance with high energetic efficiency, with the aim to get the smallest environmental impact.
